    This week's guest, Jason Lauritsen was blindsided by burnout and lived to tell the tale too. Jason is an author, speaker, professional development coach who spends his time helping organizations and leaders solve the problem of employee engagement. 
    Jason tells his story of how his bout of burnout shaped his current concept of work, how compartmentalizing work and life is a recipe for burnout, and opportunities companies can give their employees to work through their rough periods and mitigate  burnout.

Dawn is a real person brining you real people who have, uh not to repeat myself, real problems just like the ones YOU have! No mumbo jumbo jargon here….just the real, real. Also, lyrics done in poem style are a great way to start your day!
