    Having a background in freelancing, Jenny Bjorklof joins us today to talk about her role in the freelancers in Belgium community. She is co-founder and runs the community in which they connect freelancers and supporters with each other to share tips and ideas.

    Obtaining her degree in social psychology, Jenny started her career in sales at Clas Ohlson. Quickly she developed as business coordinator for both Volvo Trucks and Timeline Projects. After a successful career she started freelancing and co-founded many start-ups.

    Some achievements include The Square.Gent, Freelance Business Days, Curator Startup Digest Ghent, Entrepreneurs anonymous. These all led to her current position as head of Freelancers in Belgium. With her experience she is a perfect role model for freelancers and is sure to always give amazing insights.

    In this episode Jenny explains the use of democracy in a community, the dedication and hard work it takes, and the KPIs which she personally uses to measure success.
