10 episodes

Voiced by veteran talk show host Adam McManus and written by radio-host and pastor Kevin Swanson and AP award-winning reporter, now pastor, Mark Robinette, The World View in 5 Minutes is a round-up of the daily news from a Biblical perspective. And, perhaps most uniquely, you will often hear applicable Scriptures paired with the stories themselves. It’s part Paul Harvey, part R.C. Sproul.

You’ll get addicted to the most definitively Christian overview of the news including politics, pop culture, the church, and tracing God’s sovereign hand in the affairs of man.

Really enjoy this one

Daily non conformist look at the worlds news. From a Christian POV, which I do appreciate. Also covers world stories that other news agencies ignore. Very professionally done.

Hey guys, just stumbled on the podcast. Great show. Love the recap of the biblical perspective on current events. Problem though... I have an iPad but I am unable to see the image and title when I'm looking at my podcast subscription list or when I click to see the details within the podcast. Can you please have someone take a look and fix it? Thank you! - 09/02/17

Encouraging instead of disheartening.

This newscast always puts the hope of the gospel of Jesus Christ into how we look at what's happening in the world. It helps us to know how to pray for those who are persecuted, reminds us that God is sovereign, and keeps it in perspective.
