This week we have just one confession, but it's a wild one! It comes to us from someone who has been around the block and has had time to process everything they've been through. Littered throughout this hilarious story are red flags all of us have seen and blown right past in the name of working in this industry.
Our shoutout comes to us from Amy Baklini, who gives a shout out to indie film producer Matt Miller.

A companion to the writing process
I found especially helpful the advice of "cheap deep" and giving complex ideas a face. The podcast is thoughtful in how the episode topics are titled specifically enough so that if you're working on a particular kind of project you can go right to that episode for some guidance and inspiration.
God Bless Sam
Practical. Fun. Each episode’s a free masterclass in rewriting..
Great minds don’t have to think alike
Sam and Jim’s podcast is fantastic. Their experience has equipped them not just with powerful insights into the writing process, but also with the soft skills to allow burgeoning writers to hear and feel heard.
It’s an incredible lesson into the process, technique, and challenges of getting something written.
