Sarah Ezrin grew up in a house of rockstars and alcoholics. The Alice and Chains song Dada features her own voice as a toddler. She remembers calling out for her Dada's attention frequently, from the bottom of the stairs, waiting long into the afternoon for him to wake up after a big nights out. Sarah created a very different, more stable life for herself and her family. The Yoga of Parenting is a great guide for parents and caregivers of all types.
