Additionally Dr. Marschall is the Clinical Director of A Change for Better, an organization promoting affordable and accessible mental health care and resources. She is also the chair of the Clinical Committee at the ACFB Fund, a charitable organization that funds mental health services. Dr. Marschall is the author of several books, including clinical texts, children’s books, and a guided journal.
