Adam Ward - Exercise is My Medicine
This week on They Became Super Heroes Podcast, I’m joined by my good friend Adam Ward. In this episode we’ll be getting into the definition of true strength. Adam has been living with Cystic Fibrosis, a genetic disease that causes persistent lung infections and limits the ability to breathe over time. Adam shares a few of his personal stories on what it’s been like growing up with CF, learning how to find success through struggle, and even some of the biggest lessons he’s learned along the way.
