    The first bachelorette parties

    The first bachelorette parties

From the 5th century B.C. to the 1980s, bachelorette parties have taken a long time to develop into what they are like today. In this episode of Thick & Thin, I discuss the origins of bachelor and bachelorette parties as I prepare for my first one this weekend in Vegas.

    The same but different

    The same but different

If you're feeling overwhelmed, here's your reminder to take a step back and change your perspective. In this episode of Thick & Thin, I urge you all, for a moment, to shed the negativity and focus on the positive. Stop concentrating on all the things you're afraid of, and instead, take a break to look for joy in the world.

    The truth about influence

    The truth about influence

Influence: it's a tale older than TikTok and Instagram. So, with Fashion Week in full swing, I decided to travel back to the Gilded Age to recall a story about NYC's most elite social circles. Because in the end, it's not about how many, but who you influence.

    Acting from the heart

    Acting from the heart

It's time to get our shit together. In this episode of Thick & Thin, I discuss the importance of personal autonomy, as our decisions should stem from our morals and desires rather than societal pressure to look cool. Because if we can gain complete control of our actions, then maybe we can end the hustle to keep up with others and finally be content.

    Craving connection

    Craving connection

At our core, we are all the same. We all want to be seen, to be heard, and to be loved. So in this episode of Thick & Thin, I stress our innate need for human connection. Because when we are void of those relationships, we are often left feeling crushed.

    Crocodile tears

    Crocodile tears

Feeling stuck? It can be hard to get out of a rut. But, in this episode of Thick & Thin, I encourage you all to lean into the good and kick cynicism out of the driver's seat. Because if we do, then maybe we'll be able to manifest our goals and hope for the best.

She is the moment

I don’t know why everyone try’s to attack Katy… the beauty of this podcast is the lack of structure, it’s a thought experiment and if you don’t get that then sorry!! The content is just the right amount of crafted she has a topic but she runs with it and I think thats awesome. She’s putting herself out there in an honest way that many other podcasters never dare to and I love it. Keep it up.

Ramble

I used to LOVE this pod. Was my fav and I loved the rambling diary entries but WOW is so jumbled. It’s hard to keep up. Please gather your thoughts. I also hate when privileged white girls in there 20s try to become motivational speakers.
