Know thyself...

This podcast is a phenomenal approach to understanding your own biases and the thoughts/ideas that make up the first O in all our OODA loops.

Ben gives an extremely detailed review of what orientation means, and how expanding upon that definition will open doors to changing the way you perceive the world around you, and in particular, how you perceive threats.

Great resource

This podcast has turned out to be one of the best that I have found for self-defense and martial arts training. Ben is clearly a deep thinker on these issues, he is very opinionated, and he backs up those opinions with good research and science. Every time I listen to the podcast, I come out with a deeper appreciation of it. In fact, his ideas have made me want to rethink my own training about what is really useful to work on. My only nitpicks are that the sound quality is a little shaky occasionally, which can be distracting.

Interesting

Easy to listening to, insightful and actually stands out from the rest. I never rate anything but felt I had to for this one. I’ll keep listening!
