A sensitive topic handled with gentle care

The topic of grief can be uncomfortable but ignoring it will only increase the pain. The conversations these women are inviting us into are important and necessary— not only for those of us who are grieving but for those of us who want to better love our friends in their grief. I’m listening to this podcast for myself, but I’m also passing it on to people in my life who have lost loved ones. Thank you, Shar and Dr. Deb, for utilizing your personal and professional experiences to provide this critical resource!

So needed!!!

This podcast is timely for me, and I’m sure for others. As children we are often not taught how to process our emotions and especially not how to process grief. I’m 45 and just now addressing this in my life. Thank you ladies for creating this podcast and having these conversations. Can’t wait to hear more!!
