Today on TGL, we’re getting the nitty gritty about doulas from Elizabeth Sandoz a licensed doula through DONA International and has been practicing since 2013. She is also a certified Life Coach (IPEC). The past several years she has traveled extensively (31 countries), immersing herself in the locale and learning cultural birthing norms along the way. Her favorite part of being a doula is partnering with women to make sure they feel validated and heard throughout their birthing experience. Elizabeth is passionate about women’s healthcare and is continually learning. Elizabeth started the Miraculous Mamas podcast in order to create a community that empowers women through storytelling and education.
