A Much Needed Resource

Oh my gosh. Jen helps me with my teen parenting so much. She has a way of bringing light to thoughts and actions that are getting in my way in such a thought-provoking and tangible way. Parenting teens can be so tough. When I hear Jen’s perspective - things come up for me! But I don’t feel shame - I feel empowered. She is a parenting coach right at my fingertips. Thank you, Jen!

The goal is not for our kids to be happy!

I loved the message Jen shares and how she helps parents understand and connect with their teens.

Jen’s stuff is SO GOOD!

I absolutely love Jen’s ideas on how to parent teens and bring families closer together. Her episode about being a thermostat rather than a thermometer was such a helpful reminder on ways to regulate ourselves and I really appreciate her take on making this a positive, fun experience.
