Empowering, insightful and actionable! 🙌

Whether you’re already a leader who enjoys wrestling with the shifting landscape of our modern financial world, or just getting started as a catalyst for change within your organization - this is a must-listen podcast for you! Sharon and the entire TKG team does an incredible job leading conversations that cover a huge breadth of topics related to the ins and outs of successfully navigating an ever changing geopolitical and banking landscape - from leaders who’ve actually walked the path. Highly recommend listening and subscribing!

Relevant, researched, and timely.

Ok, so this is my firm’s podcast. But if Banking is your thing, we put a lot of time and effort into bringing you great insights from industry leaders! How else would you spend your commute? Listening to the news!?!?

Are Diversity requirements necessary

Thanks for attempting to address the diversity “requirements” issue. The panel did a fine job of addressing diversity as it pertains to women but didn’t spend enough time discussing race/cultural diversity. I would have liked to hear more about the true reason why diversity is important and why so many leaders fail to diversify their employees and boards - an unwillingness to change. In my opinion, diversity efforts will continue to be needed until there is fairer representation of persons of color, women and other members of diverse populations.
