This Too Shall Pass! Panic attacks and Anxiety Disorders One Foot in Front of the Other - To Life!

Many times the common denominator in terms of traits and characteristics that we see in people with panic attacks and severe anxiety are the people who NEED to get IT ALL DONE! These are the people who have so many plates spinning in the air at once, they bite off more than they can chew, they reach for the stars in ways others would never even comprehend. That reach can be excessive and trigger emotions that feel completely out of control. When the tasks on the list can not be checked off, the plans cannot be defined and the out of your control is truly happening, there is a heightened level of uncertainty, or alarming triggers to past trauma; the outcome can result into utter panic and long lasting anxiety which can lead to depression.
