Must Listen!
I enjoy listening to this podcast because it gives me a mental break. Sometimes it helps to just listen to other people vent; to know that you aren’t alone and that other people have things going on too. Even things you may know already... it helps to hear another persons point of view!
Relate Relax Release
I love this podcast. Even the episodes i may not be able to relate to. I can always connect with. The topics are real and the conversations are raw. A lot of episodes have helped me with self realization and spread awareness on topics i was super ignorant to. These episodes definitely open you mind and help you view different perspectives. I love that people come up here to tell their stories and views, they open the floor for conversations at home with friends, family, peers, significant others. This podcast is a blessing!
Informative Listen
Very personal and very intimate. I would recommend anyone interested in real stories of mental health, life experiences, and more to check this out.
