Three Ways Your Vision Is Holding You Back (And How to Break Through The Blocks‪)‬ Legacy Lounge Podcast with Tiffany Neuman

"Action without vision is only passing time. Vision without action is merely daydreaming, but vision with action can change the world."—Nelson Mandela

Creating your Legacy Vision is just the beginning of your journey. (And if you haven’t already done that, head on back to episode six to create it right now before diving into this episode!)

But what happens after you create your Legacy Vision? What do you actually do with it? How do you use it?

Well, this might sound paradoxical, but sometimes your vision can actually hold you back and stifle your business growth.

I know we’ve been talking all about vision in the last few episodes and how necessary it is to have one for your life and business. That still remains true. In order to get to where you want to go in your business and life, you have to have a clear and motivational vision of what that place looks like when you get there.

That’s the purpose of your Legacy Vision in your business and in your life: to give you direction and a sense of purpose.

However, in this episode, I want to make you aware of three major pitfalls that can slow down your progress and even keep you from making it to your destination at all. They are:

1. Your vision isn’t clear enough, and it’s creating chaos.

Yes, this happens to the best of us! I’m going to teach you how to identify the keys to a great Vision Statement that will keep your team, your clients, and yes, even yourself engaged and invested in your business and success for years to come!

2. You might have a Legacy Vision, but you’re not executing on it.

Uh oh, I hate to be the bearer of bad news but I think it’s time for some tough love. In order to make your vision a reality, you have to take some action toward it. I cover this in depth in this episode.

3. Your vision is too big or too rigid.

I know, I know, I’m the one that told you to dream big! I stand behind that advice because I needed you to just get started! But sometimes going too big can be detrimental. I’ll tell you why in the episode. Likewise, holding too tightly to your original vision can create inflexibility in your business causing you to bypass incredible opportunities.

In addition to digging into all the ways your vision can actually be holding you back, here’s what you’re going to takeaway in this episode with me:

Identify the research-backed elements of the most effective vision statements that propel Fortune 500 companies, your favorite thought leaders in the online business world, as well as the solopreneur next door.
Learn the pivotal method that helps us to create vision statements that spark excitement in your team and your clients.
How to use The Law of Attraction alongside your vision for the best results.
How to avoid shiny object syndrome and stay laser focused on your vision
How to not miss the amazing opportunities coming your way because you’re too attached to your original vision
How to keep up with the pace of change while still remaining true to your vision

I hope you’ll set aside 30 minutes this week to join me in The Legacy Lounge! This is the episode that will save you days, weeks, months, and years of time as you work toward your vision.
