Connects with both the managers and employees

What I love about Don’s work is that he genuinely understands and connects with both the managers and the employees. He is revolutionizing workplace culture and, as an employee, I couldn’t be more excited for managers to become better leaders. Also, his voice is great to listen to on the podcast.
