In this episode, I share my journey from fat boy to fitness pro with you.

Fat boy was the loving nickname my brother anointed me with when we were kids.

I discuss how my father's death led to the use of food as a coping mechanism and how that led to love handles and a lot of self-loathing.

Then I dive into how my all-or-nothing overcompensating human brain led me into starvation, depravation, and the abuse of fat burners and energy drinks on my quest for six pack abs and the obliteration of those love handles.

Final, we will wrap it all up with my current state of peace, self-love, and being in the best shape of my life (7% Body Fat and Abs) without overeating, underrating, pills, potions, or hacks but rather inner peace that lead me to a lifestyle that I love and can live within forever.
