To Thrive or Not to Thrive - That's our Choice

The epiosodes on how to guarantee you DON'T thrive are really great. Every one of those 10 points really hits the nail on the head. There are several people I know for whom #1 & #3 are really hard and I like the reframing in #5 about letting fear be an importance indicator rather than an avoidance indicator. That's a good one for me. You'll find something well worth your time in Dr. Baucom's podcasts - any of them. Take a listen.

Win or Learn!

Never heard what Nelson Mandela had said... he either would win or learn. What a brilliant shift in perception! Thank you for sharing that!!! 💖

Learn or Learn

I completely agree that it comes from the ego to say win or lose. When things go well, we can say "what did we learn?", and when things don't go well, we can again say "what did we learn?". Wonderful podcast, Lee!
