Just what I need at times

Erin is so open and honest. She has many helpful tips and advice. Her chill vibe is a mood! I come to this podcast when I feel I am struggling emotionally and don't have anyone to talk you. For that alone it is worthwhile listening to.

This lady knows her stuff!

Going through trials and tribulations is part of life. But rarely do you find someone who has taken those dark times and turned them into such meaningful lessons to be shared. Erin Geraghty is witty, charming, and deeply moving in her open and sometimes raw perspectives and insight. Her podcast has helped me laugh, cry, and heal. She is on my must hear list for anyone struggling to find themselves in the chaos that can overtake us at times. Love this lady!!

Influential

Erin’s podcast really touches my heart! I plan on reaching out to her for coaching when I am ready. She incorporates many different approaches to healing, such as ego-state work and connecting to your hurt and being your own biggest supporter - yoga, meditation, healthy eating. Those are just to name a few that have really contributed positively to my life! She’s genuine and has also experienced her own difficult journey so is very relatable. Definitely worth a listen if you suffer from addiction, had a complex upbringing that is affecting your adult life or just want to grow a little more!
