Formally "Dating After Abuse" -Relationships takes work! Healing After Abuse and or Trauma, also takes work! Trying to do both as the same dam* time....an entirely different beast! This show sheds light on some of the struggles we face as we try to balance our lives, love ourselves, love our partners and create something better! My Frist relationship at 15 was an abusive one, and that was in addition to other forms of childhood abuse and trauma I'd experienced! I've spent the last 10 years putting my pieces back together and creating a life I never thought possible and loving myself in a way only I can! I want you to know you are not broken, you are not worthless and most importantly, you are not alone!

It's not me,it's you!
As you can see I'm back! It's been a hell of a year but I've been called the "come back kid" and bouncing back after last year proves that! In this episode, I explore a few things l've learned over the last year! Enjoy
