In the past couple of episodes, I found a website from The Women's Health Magazine, and on this blog post, there are 200 not boring questions to get to know someone better. I decided I wanted to answer a batch of the questions in a few episodes, so I did! I also answered different questions from a different website in the first couple of episodes, so If you haven't heard them after you listen to this one you can go to those. So, I was thinking about what kind of episodes to do, and I thought, hey, let's do a tag! So I googled, questions for a tag. One of teh results I got was a WomansHealth article that has 200 questions to get to know someone better. I thought this would be fun. Turns out I had a lot of fun answering these questions, in fact, that is what the next few episodes are going to be! I go through and answer a big chunk of the questions! The first 2 episodes of this podcast was me answer questions from a different website, so I decided I wanted to do some more!

Depression has been a thing that has taken over my life in the past probably 2 years, even longer. It gets in the way of living your life. One minute you are happy, like unicorns and rainbows, then BAM your sad. Not only does it take a toll on your mood but also, it affects how you feel about your favorite activities, which really drags you down, well, drags me down.

In this episode, I am showing 2 stories of when depression played a big role in my life. I hope this inspires you to share your own storie(s), and to know that you are not alone in the battle with depression.
