Brought in initially on loan to cover injuries, Tim Flowers never managed to play a game for Manchester City. However, when Stuart Pearce became Blues boss, he signed Flowers as his goalkeeping coach - allowing him to look after the likes of David James, Nicky Weaver and, briefly, Joe Hart. The Blue Moon Podcast's Sam Roscoe spoke to the former shot-stopper in 2015 to discuss what it was like coming into Pearce's coaching set-up and what it was he saw in Hart that made him persuade the Blues to go all-out for his signature.
