One of the Best

Kim really does an excellent job with this podcast. She covers a wide variety of topics with a great slate of guests. Everything from self-improvement, mental health, emotional masculinity, journaling, nutrition, and much more. No matter the topic, Kim has a great energy and she's not scared to be vulnerable, authentic, and honest. Check it out; you won't regret it

All the reasons...

A few reasons to listen to Time To Grind with Kim and Brent... they are great at melding the funny with the serious... palpable sexual tension and innuendos... time to grind... is it referencing coffee? Doing what needs to be done? Something else?... tidbits of wisdom in unexpected places... Kim’s love of all things Tim Ferriss, Marvel, and Harrrison Ford... you guys... Brent trying to get Kim to fake an orgasm on a podcast (you’ll have to listen to all of them to find the episode)... all the while forgetting that her mom is listening to the podcast (Hi, Kim’s mom!)... real talk about real things that make you think long after the episode ends... feeling like you are hanging out on your couch with friends... and finally dad jokes... speaking of: Why do you never see elephants hiding in trees? Because they’re so good at it. 🤣🤣🤷‍♀️

Puts a smile on my face

I was introduced to this podcast when it first rolled out and I was looking for something new besides music to listen to while on my daily walks. The hosts, Brent and Kim both completed 75 hard and I was nearing the end of my 75 days so it piqued my interest. I wanted to wait until I listened to at least five or six podcasts before I shared my opinion so it’s based on honest feedback.
Brent and Kim make me smile every time I listen to them! Their conversations are so fluid and natural. When I’m listening to an episode I feel like I’m sitting at a table with close friends and I get so caught up in their conversation I forget I can’t chime in! I look forward to the new weekly episode and it gives me something to look forward to while I’m walking. I highly recommend Time To Grind if you’re looking for a new podcast. If your want a podcast that’s entertaining, informative and fun to listen to this is your podcast. You won’t be disappointed!
