Authentic mental health support

If you have struggled with mental health, you care for someone who has struggled with mental health, or you just want to learn more about the journey of those who face mental health struggles to expand your worldview a bit, then this is a great podcast to listen to. Tim does an excellent job diving into his struggles and discussing what it’s like on the front lines of fighting mental illness and how he’s moved toward stronger mental health. His interviews with others are also excellent and provide a good look at others’ perspectives as well and what they have done to improve their mental health. Tim does all of this in an incredibly encouraging, accepting manner that is sure to provide comfort and a sense of community to those who are struggling. Hope you take a listen.

Powerful, honest real talk

Tim covers a variety of topics and speaks with many people whose stories are heartbreaking but inspiring. So good to hear others experiences to support people struggling with mental illnesses (or not).
