4. Spiritual Disciplines – Solitude
The staff dives deep into the discipline of solitude and why being silent and still can be so scary at times. We hear Lee’s great Irish accent, Mason drools everywhere, and the dessert segment gets LOUD.

3. Spiritual Disciplines – Fasting
Fasting: what is it? How do you do it? Is it only about not eating? This week the staff explore the discipline of fasting and the various ways you can participate in it. The staff answer some personal questions off the Proust Questionnaire, and try their hand at “kid” trivia. It doesn’t go that well.
Mentioned in this episode:• Try out the Proust Questionnaire for yourself
2. Spiritual Disciplines – Study
This week, the staff discusses the discipline “study,” what it means to study as a Christian, and how that term has changed for them as they’ve grown spiritually. We learn that some of the staff are experts in other things besides youth ministry and that LITERALLY EVERYONE is good at tongue twisters.
