I mean, the guy says his views from his and then he says racist, demonstrably ridiculous things. In a very annoying voice. I do appreciate Vox for doing this though.

This show is decent / some episodes are really informative and others are a bit shallow in content. HOWEVER I have not listened in a while and now I skipped past two episodes for the same reason - weird new sound effects and distracting overlays of music ? Who is the intended target audience for this? Dogs and cats ? Elementary schoolers ? This is insulting to your viewers. Too annoying and cloying to listen to.

Please turn down the music while people are talking. I get it, you want kitsch in your transitions, but fade it back out when people start talking again. I almost had to turn it off because it was making me crazy. Snow White episode, for reference.

Today’s show about the Gulf of Mexico was great until the second half when the female reporter came in with the vocal fry. Reporters on podcasts need to know that especially when one is listening through headphones/airpods, it is unbearable to listen to a voice with the vocal fry. Please try and speak normally!

The podcast about the guy that killed DEI sounds just like what you would expect. I am a black gay male and this small little person is what makes it hard for people like me live happily. All of these people think it’s so hard for them because they have to work a little harder. Everything I have gotten I have had to work twice sometimes three times harder. When my husband and I bought a house they didn’t want to put my name on the title be cause it would effect the amount of the loan. He’s white with no job. I have worked two full time jobs for five years. Tell me that race doesn’t matter.

Not enough room for nuance or context when everything is so short and simplified. Find myself wanting to talk back to episodes by interjecting facts and experiences which the conversations are overlooking

Have enjoyed this podcast for years, until they decided to make the single dumbest episode of all time on why “dating is so hard for men” in THIS political climate. May I remind you that women have been stripped of their own reproductive rights and live in a patriarchy that has oppressed them since the beginning of this nations founding. Women are held to higher standards in every facet, while being compensated the least IN EVERY FACET. Absolutely absurd and embarrassing of yall Vox. Goodbye.
