Tony Vaughan was coming through the ranks at Manchester City when he moved to Ipswich as a youth player. It was there that he made his senior debut - before transferring back to Maine Road in 1997. He was part of the City side that dropped to the third tier and played a role in the club's resurgence under Joe Royle, coming off the bench in the 1999 Division Two Playoff Final. In 2013, the Blue Moon Podcast's David Mooney caught up with the former City defender to get his memories from that afternoon against Gillingham - and find out more about his career.
