Customer Reviews
This is the real deal.
The weekly podcast episodes are so applicable to my thoughts and feelings, it’s almost scary! I love to listen to the episodes more than once, letting it all sink in… absorbing something new each time while useless tidbits of deprivation thinking drift away. ⛵️⛵️⛵️
Soothing and Interesting
I’ve really been enjoying this Podcast. Melissa’s voice is very soothing and calming. I don’t feel like she’s condescending or patronizing and she understands the crushing desperation that some of us have faced with this disorder, especially since it’s not “glamorous”.
Get Curious Instead of Perfect
Dr. Melissa encourages us to get curious and learn from our imperfections. She is right that absolutely no one can have Peace With Food and have done it perfectly. No one. I love her thoughts on the experimenting and learning and her encouragement to not “start over” but to instead just take a next step.
