This New Year brings us Yin energy - bring it on 2023!! In this episode, we discuss what is yin energy and how to access it. 2023 is inviting us to call yin energy into existence and to call it in with ease, fluidity and grace. Yin is an invitation to “be” which essentially means "May I be all I have come here to be" and the possibility of how to harness this energy by softening in, to flow, to go deep within and get with the circadian rhythm of nature.
