Each episode, host Jack Warren takes you inside some of the most successful athletic programs across the country and around the world. He talks to coaches about coaching as a career and what it takes to run a successful program. We leave the clinic topics for clinics, but instead choose to focus on those things that will help you manage your career and your program.

Comment and suggestion
I discovered the podcast and have really enjoyed the interviews I’ve heard thus far. Jack does a great job handling interviews. I coach travel baseball and softball and always looking to grow and improve and enjoy listening to coaches at the college and pro level. I do have a suggestion. As a listener I would love it if you’d get college coaches to elaborate on what they weigh most heavily to decide on recruits to offer. I’d like for these coaches to also share info on what age/grade level must a player compete before they begin to seriously follow recruits. And also, do they feel they find more players from those that attend their camps or from showcases?
tired of interviews
interviews are of general not specific info.
