Top Shelf Disney Animation Library
Welcome back Jeff! Thanks for the Disney reviews. Hope you get to Pixar and then go to your opinions on the shorts
I think I like it ......
I started by listening to #21 - #26. I think the reviews and discussions could be more insightful and legit if the reviewers were more familiar with the films they're reviewing (bfore the 90's anyway) or actually affiliated with Disney Animation Studios (or in the industry?) at one time or another like the Bancroft Brother's Podcast or The Animation Podcast. Their misuse of terms, wiki'ed information and mispronounced and/or wrong names can be cringe-worthy. That said.... their enthusiasm and passion seem genuine and what they lack in knowledge they make up for in sincerity. It's a layman's review that, although can be cringe inducing, has thoughtful observations and interesting nuggets of trivia even I wasn't aware of. I found myself enjoying it more than not and will probably listen to the rest of them in the future.
Love this podcast
This is infomational and funny! I love Disney so I love listening to the Jeff and TC discuss such classic movies. If anything I wish it came out twice a week!
