November 2019 BOTM - It All Goes Back to the Chickens
Markie and Jessica had a fantastic chat with the authors of this month's Book Of The Month, WM Fawkes and Sam Burns! They spoke of gods, chickens, and so many other things.
In addition to the hilarious interview, your hosts talked about their Nanowrimo progress and the BOTM pick, Prince of Death.
I don't often end up reading the BOTM picks, because of time and money, but I still really love hearing about them, and the interviews with creators are always super interesting! I'm also just so pleased to find others who unabashedly enjoy m/m romance, as I struggled being a teen in the mid-2000s and seeing a lot of people online saying that I shouldn't like it - a negative impact that's stubbornly kept up with me all these years later, unfortunately. So I'm so happy to have found this!
Pardon my squee
Just found this podcast via Gail Carriger's FB post. My squee startled the cats and my husband. So excited to hear the reviews, industry news, and interviews!
