Matt is not bias but....

I enjoy Mr. Koons casts more times than not. He has a way of sounding bias but I don’t really feel being bias isn’t as simple as liking one thing more than another. Matt clearly is more entertained these days by AEW but the reason it’s not bias is simple. He defends his opinions. He is respectful also to difference of opinion and I can for one appreciate that. It’s the one wrestling podcast were it sounds like a actual fan is talking. I’m personally not that big into AEW as I find the wrestlers (most of them) unbelievable in there size and also the bump fest and near falls and devalue of the “finisher” in almost every match is a huge turn off in style, but even with difference in taste I enjoy Matt’s perspectives and also his variety of topics from covering great storylines of the past to crimes to current activity.

Terrible

I started listening when it was called Why It Ended. The show wasn’t great but had its moments. I stopped listening when it became Total Engagement and Matt had to find a new identity for the show. I wasn’t a fan.

I started listening again over a month ago. I like the idea of short and digestible shows. Matt Koon is horrible. I stopped at the Jim Cornette should leave wrestling episode because he called Brian Last a hanger on. This is exactly what Koon is even though he claims otherwise. He hung on to Conrad. He hung on to Robbie E. He continues to orbit outside of these circles lime he belongs. It makes this show terrible. I’m done.
