This week on TRACK! We are delighted to be joined by an athlete who has made a name for himself on the national scene with some high profile performances - Tom Mortimer. We are talking to Tom after a very successful recent block of racing during which he has won both the Podium 5km in April and more recently a BMC 5,000m on the track at Trafford in May both in a time of 13.39. We also spoke to Tom the day after it was announced that he has been Selected to represent GB at the European Team Championships 5000m in Poland on the 29th May. Tom, runs for Stroud AC, currently trains at Loughborough University and has also had successes on the cross country scene where he has represented Great Britain. Tom has also had a stellar junior career which saw him represent both England and Great Britain.
