In this show Ash & JW are joined by Eliza Carbines, Founder and Director of Tender Relief. Eliza is located in Karratha in the Pilbara region of Western Australia and brings a wealth of experience in sales, business development and has spent many years in big industrial industries with vast experience in tendering and bids of $750M plus contracts.
Eliza shares how her affinity with small business started early with her parents running their own small business and the appreciation of what it takes to run a small business and then shares the excitement and passion of working on tenders in a very large multinational business, the size of those deals and the bidding process that is involved. Whilst Eliza loved her work and time with the multinational businesses she noticed a lot of businesses have amazing products and services but didn’t have the skills, experience or knowledge to prepare a tender good enough to win, which has resulted in Eliza starting Tender Relief to help businesses become more successful in preparing and winning more tenders.
Eliza explains how a tender is just like a resume, it is designed to pique the readers attention and interest enough to want to speak with you more about what you offer and potential to engage with you.
