Valuable, Helpful, Life changing

In a delightful, entertaining, and knowledgeable way, Dr. Trayford shares information and tips that can begin to make a difference for your brain health while listening to his podcasts. The tips he shares are always easy and, for the most part, actually fun! So many of us are afraid of the potential for various types of dementia that might come with aging. We're so afraid we hardly want to think about it. But Dr. Trayford makes brain wellness available right in your own hands, on your own device! It's a brilliant podcast and I've enjoyed every one!
