Actionable, diverse, tested

Rarely can a podcast host focus so well on the actionable guidance of guests. This podcast gives time for inspiring stories, but what I love most is being able to put into action what Mark is able to get guests to share. Too many other podcasts stay surface-level, focused on what they'd suggest listeners do, never getting to what the person actually did. Take time to find the right episodes for you, but once you do it'll be worth it!
