I want to prevent that bad stuff from happening and ensure that new managers are prepared from the start to create a respectful, productive, effective environment where everyone is able to perform at their best, while also being fully engaged.   I do this by conducting a thorough needs analysis, immersing myself in your company's culture and values, and building programs that speak directly to your managers and leaders, empowering them to manage and lead effectively and get great results. I create training programs and deliver them in person and via Zoom or other technology to groups from nine to 30 at a time.   I have 30 years’ experience in learning and development, with emphasis on management development.   I've helped people in companies like Datastax, Twitter, Apple, Symantec, Applied Materials, and Nutanix around the world manage better and get better results.   My nimble team of experienced L&D professionals and I can help your company too.
