Judson Howe has a diverse range of work experience in the healthcare industry. Judson began their career in 2006 as a Senior Auditor at the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists and later transitioned to Adventist Health in 2010. At Adventist Health, they held several roles, including Director of Business Intelligence and Regional Controller, before being promoted to Vice President of Strategy and Operations in Mendocino County. Judson then took on the role of Chief Financial Officer at Adventist Health Howard Memorial. In 2020, Judson became the Market President of Mendocino County, overseeing three hospitals and focusing on provider relationships and employee engagement. Currently, they serve as the Network President for the North Coast Network, leading a $910M enterprise and driving financial performance and strategic planning. Judson has a strong background in operational excellence, data analytics, and financial management within the healthcare sector.



Judson Howe holds a Master of Science degree in Health Care Delivery from Dartmouth College. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University-San Bernardino. In addition, they are a Certified Public Accountant, certified by the California Board of Accountancy in 2010.
