Really intelligent but not pretentious and eager to talk about the deeper issues within the movies. One of the best movie podcast out there!

Just fun!

The insight of the hosts is exceptional and thought provoking, even if you don't agree and I love "opening break" segment in which they talk about current films too!

Entertaining and informative

This is a really fun, thoughtful, intelligent podcast that pits art movies vs. trash movies. I’ve often seen one of the other of the movies they are discussing, but even with movies I have not seen, like the recent discussion of Manhunter vs. Red Dragon, I will still intrigued and anxious to go watch both movies! The hosts are knowledgable about many genres of movie, and never seem to speak without careful thought. They have good chemistry and I enjoy listening weekly.
