In his song Happy, Pharell Williams proclaims “Happiness is the truth!” In my podcast, Tribute2Happiness, I speak with a variety of guests from the business, academic and professional worlds who are putting this truth into practice - and sharing their stories about the changes that happen when happiness becomes a genuine focus. What is happiness? Where do you find happiness? How do you feel happiness? Do you control your own happiness or is somebody else controlling your happiness?     Tia Graham is an Inspirationist and the Founder of Arrive At Happy, the first-ever Los Angeles-based company with a mission of inspiring transformation through the science of happiness.
