Tricia Lewis of Recovery Happy Hour Decidedly Dry - Sobriety, Alcohol-Free Living, Quit Drinking, Sober Curious

    • Personal Journals

Today's interview is with the one and only Tricia Lewis. Tricia was the host of the podcast Recovery Happy Hour. She recorded, edited, and published over 130 episodes! She’s had dozens and dozens of meaningful conversations that remind us that sobriety is worth celebrating, and that life doesn’t stop when you stop drinking. Tricia stopped drinking in November of 2016 and features a wide range of stories and perspectives on her podcast.

Now I, along with thousands I’m sure, were heartbroken last year when our beloved Tricia ended her show. I remember listening to that last episode over and over again, thinking to myself… “Noooo, maybe I heard it wrong… she can’t really be done?!” I felt this way because her podcast changed my life. Her show provided me with hope, it inspired me, and it reminded me every episode that we’re not alone in this. There’s nothing wrong with us, this is just our thing. What I loved most about her show was that it focused on the good, kinda like what we’ve got going on here.

She’s been role model for me since day one and I will forever be grateful for the impact she’s had on my life. Here’s our chat…
