The Silence Is Deafening: Black Lives Don’t Matter

In this episode, I talk about how to survive showing up at work while dealing with the continuous killing of black people.

To say that the continuous killing of unarmed black and brown people, the mass shootings, and the blatant racism is weighing on us heavy…..that is a gross understatement.

And the silence at work along with the stupid things they say when they do open their mouths…..It’s A LOT!!!

So how do we manage this? I don’t have all the answers but I have some tips and tricks to help you navigate your workplace and maintain some sense of sanity.

WTH... Where have u been all my life???!!!

At this point I can’t even recall how I stumbled upon this podcast. I can’t help but feel that this was divine guidance from my late best friend. She like Felicia was TRILL!!
When I first heard a couple of episodes, I could t help but think “Oh so u met the ppl I wk with.” Her shared experiences is so validating. Her shared knowledge is PRICELESS!!!
This podcast is life-changing. Felicia’s guidance and knowledge is GAME-changing!!!
She definitely is a realist. She puts things simply and realistically. It says so much about a person who is willing to help others by sharing their own challenges and learned experiences. You are a Godsend... or in my situation Friend-send. I truly believe my Bestie who used to give it to me REAL... put u in my path to give it to me TRILL!!!
I look forward to future coaching and podcast episodes.

With the sincerest & deepest gratitude... THANK YOU 🙏🏽

Amazing podcast

Wow and wow. I just found Felicia’s podcast and I am binge watching all her podcast episodes currently. I was looking to find someone in corporate America that has experience and knowledge on what goes on in an organization from how to do with coworkers that are difficult to career development. I love that she’s a realist yet knowledge. I am a Hispanic woman that needs all the tools and advice I can get. I highly recommend this podcast. Thank you for supporting women of color in corporate America. PS. I love the music editing and her episodes are so entertaining!
