Episode 227 Focus Foods
I love THM and every episode and particularly episode 227 Focus Foods. It gave me daily practical tips and I learned so much. Please continue these kinds of tips on how you guys eat and the products you use. It was fantastic.

I do love the poddy and I love Serene and Pearl ( &Danny) but I would appreciate you guys cutting out some of the keto bashing. I totally agreed with your stance until the last year and a half. I was consistently THM for 3 years and I couldn’t seem to feel great like every one I was hearing about. I had bloodwork done and had thyroid and hormone issues so got on bio identical hormone replacement therapy and continued on THM. My thyroid got worse, although my hormones improved some. I was completely against keto because of information I’d heard on it being detrimental to the thyroid. My mom convinced me to try it and I will never go back to anything else. My thyroid improved dramatically, my blood sugar levels became perfect, and my hormones are almost perfect. Obviously keto is not for everyone, and I know this podcast is promoting THM and that’s totally fine, but please do not bash keto as dangerous. It has drastically improved my health when doing THM correctly did not. I had even hired a THM coach to make sure I was doing it correctly.
