The author of The Midwife of Auschwitz speaks about her book- Based on the true story of Stanislawa Leszcynska, a Polish Catholic midwife who was sent to Auschwitz for helping Jews in Lodz ghetto and brought around 3000 babies safely into the world in the concentration camp.

As a teenager navigating the birthing system, she was met with several roadblocks. From lack of proper support to a judgemental and abusive OB. Hear her story and how it has impacted how she views the birthing system now, years later.
