Part 2 of 2
www.TrueCrimeGarage.com
Sisters Tionda and Diamond have been missing for over twenty years now. Their mother left the two little girls home alone on work day in the summer of 2001. When she returned home, the girls were gone and a note was left saying the two had gone to the playground. Tionda was ten years old and Diamond was just three. This week we go through the complicated timeline of events surrounding their disappearance. This case has been labeled missing and endangered. We believe the girls may have been abducted by someone they knew. The F.B.I. asks that anyone with information about the disappearance of Tionda and Diamond Bradley contact the Chicago Police Department detectives at 312-747-8380 OR your local F.B.I. office. The family’s private detective can be reached at 847-579-9771.

On April 15th, 1986 a young mother was attacked and killed in her home. She was home alone that day while her husband was at work and her two children were at school. 36 year old Lynda Moore was viciously attacked inside her home. With no sign of forced entry and some pretty random suspects the Vermont State Police were sure to have a difficult time with this murder investigation. If you have any information that could help this cold case investigation please contact the Vermont State Police Major Crimes Unit by calling 1-802-244-8727. I had a lot of fun listening to this!
I was hoping you would delve into these little girls missing. Just started listening to it, but I just had to say thank for detailing with this case
Nepotism
They’re brothers. I guess that adds more context to what is quite possibly the most lopsided division of labor in the history of labor. Or division. On one mic, we have the consummate professional. Well-researched, well-reasoned, a job always well done. And on the second mic...ugh. First of all, any cool nickname should be earned...not self-appointed. In that light, a moniker like ‘The Deckhand’ seems a lot more appropriate, given the circumstances. And I can’t remember the last Deckhand interjection that 1) made me smile, and/or 2) added anything of value to the story being told. In the early days of this pod, at least the dude tried; unfortunately, he has since (inexplicably) convinced himself that his entire contribution can revolve around coming up with new and “creative” ways to call the bad guys names. We get it, man. In fact, a resounding majority of human beings walking the planet feel some level of contempt for serial killers and depraved lunatics; you’re not anymore outraged than the rest of us. Calm down and let your handler do his (and your) job. Three other pieces of constructive criticism for the lesser half, if I may: 1) Open thesaurus...locate synonyms for the word ‘individual’...use them. 2) Try to grasp that your personal life experiences can’t be extrapolated to every situation/context across the global populace. An alarming percentage of your ‘assertions’ end up being unfounded shots in the dark based on the smallest of small samples; and, frankly, they usually don’t make much sense. 3) Let’s chill on throwing out the identities of innocent people as ‘suspects.’ You’re not solving any crimes from behind a microphone. The whole “advancing the case” narrative is a farce. This community has a macabre interest in crime-based stories, myself included...and some have been industrious enough to make a living catering to this niche consumer demand. That’s it. There’s no shame in any of that...but it’s silly (and wholly disingenuous) that this entire dance is marketed as some kind of noble effort to advance the investigation du jour. Does lightening strike once in a while and make a real-world dent? Sure. It happens. But there is also a growing list of NON-convicts that Deckhand-types irresponsibly shine their half-wit spotlight on, inevitably altering the trajectory of those lives to some non-negligible extent (always without the inconvenient ‘formalities’ of evidence…due process…and other basic rights that the Deckhand should in theory have some reverence for, given his life’s “work”). Having the platform...but lacking the humility, foresight, and perceptive reasoning to wield it properly...is a recipe for a garage fire.
Not for me..
These guys approach some of these cases with a clear bias and that’s not cool. They seem really judgmental which is unfair to the victims, their families, and the stories.
