    Part 2 of 2

Dismemberment killings are rare. We hear of them as these types of stories, make the news and headlines that get clicks. This is partially because of the rare nature of these types of crimes. Even amongst those who kill, many simply do not posses the ability to carry out such a horrific act. In Phoenix and Tucson, Arizona, those communities experienced three such murders in just a twelve month timeframe. After the first, the Tucson police Captain told the local news “I think the person who did it, will probably do it again.”

Sometime between the waning hours of October 13th and the dawning of October 14th a young mother and her grandmother were viciously beaten and strangled. The night of Sunday, October 13, 1968 was a gloomy one, with rain falling steadily. Clyda Jean and her three boys arrived back at their home around 9:30pm that night. Clyda’s grandmother Nancy Warren lived in the trailer beside theirs. The next morning both Clyda Jean and Nancy Warren were discovered having been murdered in the night, found on the family property. The three boys were left unharmed. This case remains unsolved. The Manson Family is considered a possible connection and may have been responsible for the deaths.

The Twin Cities Weepy Killer /// Part 2 /// 772

    Part 2 of 2

    www.TrueCrimeGarage.com

In the early 1980s a deadly man was stalking the women of the Twin Cities. He used different weapons and methods to kill his victims. Often after a kill, the act was followed by a phone call claiming responsibility for the murder. Why were these calls seemingly part of the killer’s M.O.? What purpose did they serve? Was it an act of remorse or just to taunt the protectors of these cities? A man known as the “Weepy Voiced Killer” successfully killed women and left them on the side streets and back alleys of Minneapolis and Saint Paul and he got away with it for two years.

kathieray ,

Wow!

I have been listening forever and have even listened to all of your back episodes and love them all. I have never reviewed you! True crime lovers this podcast is factual, clear to the point, not a lot of wandering off topic and great to listen to. The music mixes are an added bonus. Worth a listen to! I love them!!!

Koralakers ,

Very thorough and informative

Many other True Crime podcasts talk forever, ad nauseam, just to hear themselves talk. These guys give a complete view focusing on facts, and not just their opinions. Super down to earth guys. Easy to listen to. Almost calming.

The best

This is my favorite true crime poddy. I like how they explore different sides of the story, reports etc, and add their 2 cents. Adds more depth to the stories they cover
