Motivational in the most wholesome sense
Tara, I loved your episode on recognizing and honoring your needs. I'm very glad you covered attachment styles. It was not only important for me checking in with how my style is for a current relationship, but also with past relationships, as well as trying to understand ex-partners' attachment styles. This really offered some closure in some aspects. Furthermore, it helped me see how my style has changed over the years either due to social conditioning or as a reaction to certain partners. Incredible perspective, thank you for this, can't wait for your next episode - Drewby from The Misery Machine
