Trusting Yourself In Bulimia Recovery Binge Breakers - Bulimia Recovery

    • Mental Health

After experiencing a lack of trust in myself this past week I wanted to discuss that personal story on the podcast. If you struggle with bulimia you likely also struggle to trust yourself with many things. This is one of the reasons it's so hard to recover since trust is the foundation you need in order to take action that helps you make progress and create that confidence that builds trust. On the podcast, I talk about how you can think of trust differently and grant trust now.
